True South
Located in The Rees Hotel, True South is an exquisite fine dining restaurant. Serving good ‘ol Southern Hospitality, True South specialises in cuisine sourced from South Island suppliers such as West Coast Whitebait, Merino lamb, Waimate pork and Stewart Island Oysters. There is also a Tasting Menu on offer for $85 per person which contains a range of top quality nibbles.
Botswana Butchery
Located in Archers Cottage just off Marine Parade, Botswana Butchery is in fact a fine dining restaurant specialising in premium beef and wild organic foods. A lovely feel with cosy turn of the century dining rooms. Well worth a visit.
Gantley’s Restaurant
For almost two decades, Historic Gantleys built in 1863 has created a reputation as one of New Zealand’s premier fine dining restaurants. Gantley’s offers the finest New Zealand cuisine ranging from herb crusted rack of lamb to confit of duck leg and seared ostrich fillet. Their wine list is award winning and matches the charming ambience perfectly. Bookings essential.
Prime Restaurant
Prime restaurant is a superb fine dining experience in the heart of Queenstown. Great for an intimate dinner for two or sophisticated meal with friends and co-workers. Stunning views, cosy fireplace and beautiful NZ cuisine. Lovely.
Boardwalk Restaurant
For fabulous seafood and a view across Lake Wakatipu make sure you book a table at the Boardwalk Restaurant. It’s a quality premium restaurant (Bill Clinton has even dined here) and serves only the best New Zealand cuisine. Top marks.
